Stedfast Association,Hong Kong Limited (SAHK) is an organization that offers support and help to The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong.  Her main duty is responsible for the sales and purchase of BBHK members' uniform, accessories and souvenirs.

SAHK is founded in 1991.  Most members are former boys or former officers of BBHK.  Not only did they learn self-discipline and self-respect through the activities of The Boys' Brigade, they also accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour during the fellowship time.   "Without The Boys' Brigade, I can't become who I am today.  At The Boys' Brigade, I was given a chance to accept Christ as my personal Saviour.  What's more, life at BB moulded me into a citizen contributing to the society." said a member of SAHK.

We have had about one hundred members, most of whom are Christians and had worked with The Boys' Brigade before.  They are all eager for the future development of The Boys' Brigade and are willing to offer help.
 

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of SAHK is constituted of not less than nine members, four of which are recommended by the Executive Committee of BBHK with Brigade Secretary as the ex officio member.  Another four Directors of the Board are elected by members of SAHK in its AGM.  Other members are co opted after the formation of the Board.  The new Board has its first general meeting in January every year.  All the Directors then elect from among themselves for the posts of Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary etc.

Stedfast Association Scholarship 

Objectives：
The establishment of the Stedfast Association Scholarship is to assist and promote the interests of the Boys' Brigade, HK by primarily supporting our boys with financial means where necessary.  A scholarship can be applied by those boys who have shown a significant progress or have had good performance in their respective company with their captains' recommendation.

The aims：

1. To acknowledge the effort shown by the Boys' Brigade members.
2. To encourage further learning of Boys' Brigade members.
3. To foster a hard-working attitude among members.
4. To strengthen the member's self-confidence so as to further develop his/her potentials.
   

Requirements：

Applicants should：
1. be our brigaders of any registered Companies;
2. have shown a significant improvement in studies or an excellent academic result;
3. have good self-discipline and leadership as well as having good performance in the company, together with the recommendation from the Captain;
4. be currently studying in Secondary Five.  He or she should at least get 15 points from the HKCEE and are able to be promoted to Matriculation (A-Level) course.
5. be currently studying at matriculation. He or she should have been admitted by either tertiary institution of any full-time program.

Types of Scholarship：

1. from Primary 5 to Secondary 4.  Every award includes a certificate and $1,000 for purchasing books.
   
2. from Secondary 5 to 7
   Every award includes a certificate and $2,500 for purchasing books.
   
   
   
   Special consideration：
   
   The captain of each company may request special consideration for any applicants who have financial difficulties or who are new immigrants.

   From September to October every year 
   
   Presentation ceremony：
   
   Selection result is announced in November every year.  The awards and certificates will be presented by the Director of Stedfast Association.
