職責:
Support the development and implementation of promotional strategies for the organization.
Liaise with schools and collaborate on partnerships to assist in implementing student activities at campsite and activity centers.
Plan and execute territory-wide large-scale events across Hong Kong, while effectively managing tasks in high-pressure environments.
Admin support to handle quotation, invoice and campsite daily operation
申請資格:
A recognized degree in social science, psychology, social work, education, or a related discipline is preferred.
Must have experience in planning territory-wide large-scale events across Hong Kong.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered may be considered for Assistant Officer.
Experience working with children, youth, and parents in community settings is preferred.
Solid skills in program cycle management, including design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and online platforms to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
Plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns, including paid social media advertising, to maximize visibility, ROI, and audience connections.
Create platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels, focusing on optimal positioning and fan behaviors.
Oversee content creation (posts, blogs, videos, reels, banners, HTML) that aligns with the organization's tone, storytelling, and branding.
Handle design and production of digital assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Assist in optimizing the organization's administrative processes by implementing digital transformation initiatives
Assist in managing general affairs, facility operations, and engineering-related matters, including coordinating maintenance, overseeing infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and handling vendor relationships to support smooth daily operations.
申請資格:
Bachelor's degree in Creative Media, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Master's degree in Counselling is an advantage.
Minimum 4 years of experience in an NGO, with program management expertise; candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager role.
In-depth knowledge of online marketing channels, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging ones), and audience behaviors.
Expertise in content positioning, engagement strategies, paid advertising optimization, budget management, and KPI setting.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, CMS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM, Meta Business Suite, and social listening tools.
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Skilled in photo/video editing and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong multitasking abilities; demonstrates a growth mindset, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure (e.g., handling emergency communications within 48 hours).
